We offer flowers, gifts, pet products and selected consumer goods for delivery in Mainland China. Orders & Payment Customers place orders directly through our website. Product prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order is confirmed after payment has been successfully authorized. Product Availability All products are subject to availability. For flowers and other locally sourced items, minor variations in color, packaging or presentation may occur due to seasonal or local availability.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Fulfillment & Delivery Orders are fulfilled through our local supply and delivery network in Mainland China. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names, phone numbers and delivery addresses. Changes & Cancellations Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders that have already entered preparation or delivery may no longer be changed or cancelled.
